Adventure Coaching is designed to pull you out of the everyday and into the calming energy of nature. Studies show that spending time in nature reduces anger, fear, and stress, while improving our mood and physical well-being. When we're living in fear and self defence it's impossible to see all of the possibility that's available, this can be paralyzing and debilitating.
Nature helps to break down the barriers to connect with our truest self, bringing possibility to light and allowing the space for inspired action.
I share a calendar of the locations I will be at through out the month and you book the place you'd like to explore.
Decide whether you'd like to hike, bike, SUP, or kayak and I'll meet you at the location with the equipment.*

Choose Your Adventure
Adventure Coaching is typically longer than a 60 minute virtual coaching session to allow for time to explore and enjoy nature. Each month of coaching includes 4 sessions.
You can choose between 1, 2, 3, or 4 Adventure Coaching sessions per month and the rest will be virtual coaching.
No prior experience is needed for hiking or kayaking. Basic mountain biking skills are required.
*Hiking shoes must be worn on trails. I will provide a kayak and safety equipment. You must provide your own equipment for mountain biking.
